$35.00 per hour (or part thereof). Minimum 4 hour call. Penalty rates apply for Sundays and Public Holidays.

TECHNICAL
STAFF
|
$35.00 per tech, per hour (or part thereof) for all work required to present performance including pre-rig, load-in, sound checks, rehearsals, performances, load-out and reset to standard rig. Minimum call 4 hours. Penalty rates for labour apply after 10 hours of service or after 11:00pm, also apply Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional casual Technician at cost available if required.

| REHEARSAL
HIRE |
$110.00 per session for rehearsals held on days other than on performance days plus $20.00 per hour or part thereof.

| THRUST |
$150.00
per booking (loss of 29 seats when used). Where applicable. Adds 1.5
meters to stage depth.

| PIANO
HIRE |
Steinway B - $100.00 per performance. Yamaha U1$40.00 per performance.

| PIANO
TUNING |
$120.00
per instrument. (A440).

| DEPOSIT
|
$500.00.
Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit is received.

| CLEANING |
$35.00
per hour Monday - Friday, $45.00 per hour weekends, and $60.00 per hour public holidays. Minimum call 3 hours.

The
Theatre has a full stage / bar plan available on request and this can
be posted at hirers expense.

| BOX
OFFICE |
Ticket
Commission $3.00 / per ticket handled.
(Please note, it is a condition of hire that the
Town
Hall Box Office is used for ticket sales).
Credit card sales charge: 3% of credit card sales.
